PARENT/GUARDIAN AND PASSENGER POLICY

Parents, legal guardians, family members, friends, or other unauthorized individuals are NOT permitted to ride in the vehicle or participate in behind-the-wheel training sessions with the student.

Behind-the-wheel sessions are conducted between the student and the assigned instructor only, unless Easy Pass Driving School specifically authorizes another individual to be present for a legitimate training, safety, or administrative purpose.

Parents and legal guardians may communicate with the school regarding the student's scheduling, account, training progress, or other concerns. However, they must not interfere with or participate in the student's driving instruction while the vehicle is being used for training.

The instructor may require any unauthorized person to leave the vehicle or may refuse to begin or continue a session if the presence of an unauthorized person creates a safety, instructional, or operational concern.

Any exception must be approved in advance by Easy Pass Driving School.

DMV TEST VEHICLE SAFETY POLICY

After the 45-minute training/warm-up session, the instructor will evaluate whether the student is ready to safely use the school's vehicle for the DMV driving test.

If the instructor determines that the student's driving presents a serious safety risk to the student, instructor, or DMV examiner, Easy Pass Driving School reserves the right not to provide the school vehicle for the DMV driving test.

This policy applies only to serious safety concerns and does not apply to ordinary minor mistakes or areas that simply need improvement.

If the instructor determines that the student is not ready, the student may use any remaining eligible training hours to continue practicing and improving their driving skills.

5. SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

Appointments will NOT be scheduled through email.

Students must schedule future appointments:

Through their student account online; or
By calling the Easy Pass Driving School office.

The student is responsible for scheduling their own DMV behind-the-wheel test appointment.

The student's account will automatically become inactive until the fee is paid.

The $50 fee must be paid before the cancelled appointment can be rescheduled.

Any appointments already scheduled for future dates will not be affected by the inactive status.

After paying the $50 fee, the student or parent/guardian must contact the school to request account reactivation.

If the student or parent/guardian does not want the photo posted, they must notify Easy Pass Driving School before the photo is posted.

15. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, REVIEWS, AND SATISFACTION

Easy Pass Driving School encourages students and parents to communicate directly with the school regarding any concerns about services.

If a student or parent is dissatisfied with the instruction received, Easy Pass Driving School will review the concern and, where appropriate, attempt to make the situation right. Restrictions may apply.

Customer feedback should be communicated honestly and respectfully.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive or restrict any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law, including any legally protected right to provide an honest review or report unlawful conduct.

TRAINING EVALUATION

The program is designed to provide students with a strong foundation that they can continue practicing safely.

A mock DMV test will be given during the third lesson, together with an evaluation sheet for the student to take home.

The evaluation sheet is intended to help the student identify areas that need additional practice before taking the DMV behind-the-wheel test.

16. BEHIND-THE-WHEEL COMPLETION CERTIFICATE — DL 400D

A Behind-The-Wheel Completion Certificate (DL 400D) is required for eligible teenage students.

The program is intended to provide sufficient training to help the student become prepared for the DMV driving examination.

ADDITIONAL TRAINING

If, after extensive training, a student has difficulty progressing because of circumstances including, but not limited to, a physical disability, mental disability, stroke-related issue, or another condition affecting driving ability, Easy Pass Driving School may determine that additional training is required.

Additional sessions may result in additional charges.

ADDITIONAL DMV TEST FEE

If a student fails the DMV driving test after three test attempts, the student will be required to pay $150 for an additional test service, according to the school's applicable policies.

TEST READINESS

The instructor's professional recommendation regarding when the student is ready to take the DMV test should be followed.

The instructor may recommend additional training when the student has not demonstrated the necessary driving skills or safety level for the examination.

The student and/or parent or guardian acknowledges that the instructor may determine that additional training is needed before the student takes the DMV examination.
